3.2 "PATTE Blanche" Label
If you wish to obtain the "PATTE Blanche" label for your charity, you must comply with the criteria established by Adoptify. This includes financial transparency towards donors, ethical treatment of animals, and adherence to current and future standards defined by the label.
4. Donation Collection
4.1 Donation Collection and Redistribution
Adoptify is committed to collecting donations transparently and redistributing them to registered charities on the platform. When donors make a donation, they have the option to choose which charity they want to contribute to. Adoptify is committed to forwarding your donation to the chosen charity.
If it is not possible to deliver the donation to the chosen charity despite our efforts, Adoptify is committed to fully refunding donors the untransferred amount.
4.2 Voluntary Adoptify operating costs
Our service is entirely free for charities. We do not charge them any fees or expect any compensation from them. Thus, your main donation is fully dedicated to animal protection charities, providing direct support to their cause.
When donating on Adoptify, you have the option to add an additional amount as a voluntary contribution to Adoptify. This contribution supports our operating costs and helps us maintain our services to continue promoting animal protection and facilitating donations for charities.
4.3 Donor User Responsibility
As a donor user, you acknowledge that Adoptify cannot guarantee or control the specific use of donations made through the platform. You are responsible for conducting your own verification of the recipient charity before making a donation and ensuring its legitimacy and transparency of practices.
4.4 "PATTE Blanche" Label and Financial Transparency
Adoptify's "PATTE Blanche" label emphasizes the financial transparency of charities. However, it is important to note that the presence of the label does not constitute an absolute guarantee regarding the use of donations by an charity. It is the donors' responsibility to directly inquire with the relevant charities to obtain detailed information about the use of donations.

Adoptify retains all intellectual property rights to the content and features of the platform. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute this content without prior written permission from Adoptify.

By posting content on our platform, you retain the intellectual property rights to that content. However, you grant Adoptify a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
